Obiettivi formativi
The school is designed to treat the scientific background in the field of ETHNOGRAPHY AND ANTHROPOLOGY disciplines involved in the cultural heritage and provide professional skills as part of activities for which “The State, regions, metropolitan cities, provinces and municipalities provide and support the preservation of cultural heritage and foster its public enjoyment and enhancement (Code of cultural heritage and landscape of the art.1) with emphasis, in the context of the use and exploitation, to the institutes and places of culture (Article 101) and museum as a permanent structure which acquires, conserves, order and exposes cultural assets for purposes of education and study (ibid.)”
Awarding of “Specialist in social anthropology goods” with an indication of the curriculum followed, offering career opportunities in the field of anthropological disciplines.
Requisiti di accesso
The School, based at the Palazzo della Corgna, Castiglione del Lago, lasts two years
and can accept for each academic year a maximum of 30 students.
The School is accessed via an entrance examination on qualifications and oral examination with foreign language test.
The contest is open to those who hold, within the deadline for submitting applications, one of the following qualifications: Degree Class 1 / S Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology; degree LM-1; Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology.
Verification and Evaluation of the level of education with a master’s degree in anthropology will be made by the Executive Committee of the School.

Piano studi
During the biennium, the trainee is required to follow 400 total hours of teaching, exercises and training, articulated in disciplinary units and distributed according to the curricula. Guided practical activities consist in internships, field trips and internships at museums, Superintendents, public and private bodies; they will be planned and organized by the School, in agreement with the competent authorities.
The diploma examination consists of the discussion of a written dissertation that demonstrates the scientific and professional background of the candidate.
The activated teachings for the two currently active cycles (and for the closing cycle) are: Italian and European anthropology curriculum.

The tuition fee is € 1.900,00 per year divided in four instalments
